    • Return or exchange items within 30 days, preserving original condition, tags, and packaging.
    • Accessories do not come with a warranty and, therefore, are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Clothing items can be exchanged only for size issues.
    • When products are requested for return, we will inspect them to ensure they are unaltered, unwashed, unworn, and with intact tags before proceeding with refunds or exchanges.
    • Size exchanges allowed if address is serviceable by our Logistics team.
    • For simple returns (excluding first orders), we will issue a store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
    • Espanshe is not liable for products returned by mistake; no guarantee for misplacement or replacement.
    • From the second order onwards, a shipment charge will be applied for returns and exchanges.
