RETURN POLICY
- Return or exchange can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery, preserving original condition, tags, and packaging of the items ordered.
- Accessories and selected items (specified in product page) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
- For returns and exchanges, we will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up and delivered to our warehouse for inspection once your request is created. After we receive the item(s), your refund or exchange will be processed within 1-2 days. Espanshe reserves the right to reject the return or exchange request if the items do not meet the standards.
- Refund can be processed in:
Cash Refund: The refund will be issued in cash, minus the reverse shipping charge of Rs.99. Shipping charges(if applicable) will not be refunded.
Coupon/Voucher: The entire amount can be redeemed later without incurring any shipping fees (forward and reverse) if you opt for a coupon or voucher. It will be valid for 3 months.
- The first exchange of first order is free, but from the second exchange onwards, a shipping fee will be applied.
- Offer items cannot be returned or exchanged without bearing the shipping cost.
- Espanshe will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Espanshe would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
- For unserviceable pin codes, you will be required to self-ship your items, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. We suggest recording a proof video while packing your return or exchange. If we receive an incorrect or damaged product, we won't be able to process your request unless you can demonstrate that the issue was not caused by you, but by the shipping partner.
- Please note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the serviceability of your address. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will pick up the original item and deliver the new one separately. Please note that we can only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, we recommend returning it for a refund and purchasing the new item separately.
