RETURN POLICY

Espanshe returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Espanshe for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us:
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

• Return or exchange items within 30 calendar days, preserving original condition, tags, and packaging.

• Accessories (selected clothing and non-clothing items) do not come with a warranty and, therefore, are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.

• Products requested for return, we will inspect them to ensure they are unaltered, unwashed, unworn, and with intact tags before proceeding with refunds or exchanges. Espanshe reserves the right to reject the return or exchange request if the given rules are not followed or if the items do not meet the specified standards.

• For the first order, simple returns will be refunded in cash, minus forward shipping charges (if not eligible for free delivery) and reverse shipping fees. However, if the customer opts for store credits, they will receive the full amount as a refund. From the second order onwards, returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

• The first exchange of first order is free (if the order eligible for free delivery), but from the second exchange onwards, a shipping fee will apply to the same order. This doesn’t apply on offer items.

• Espanshe will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Espanshe would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.

• Offer items cannot be returned or exchanged without bearing the shipment fee.

• If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

• If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. Additionally, we will also be checking the packing video of the order to verify the claim. We suggest recording a proof video when sending your return or exchange. If we receive an incorrect or damaged product, we won't be able to process your request unless you can demonstrate that the issue was not caused by you, but by the shipment team.

• Please note: Exchanges subject to stock availability and serviceable address. Size exchanges only; consider separate purchase for alternative products

However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will pick up the original item to you and deliver the new item from you. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.
